About the Role
About the Position: Serves as Deputy Garrison Manager at the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) Garrison Rhineland-Pfalz Sub Community Bulgaria. Manages and directs garrison operations of a multi-mission tenant activity. Provides administrative program direction to various civilian directors and special staff involved in a wide variety of functional program areas. Formulates goals, policies, and objectives for the garrison.
What You'll Do
- →Provide administrative program direction to various supervisors and/or site leads and special staff involved in a variety of functional program areas.
- →Formulate goals, policies, and objectives for the garrison and implements an internal control system to produce a sound system of accountability for the site as part of the overall garrison management controls.
- →Provide administrative program direction to various civilian directors and special staff involved in a wide variety of functional program areas.
- →Monitor the implementation of higher-level policies and guidance and make recommendations to adapt guidance for local situations.
