You will serve as a Program Coordinator (Assistant Ordering Officer) of NLSC.
What You'll Do
- →You will responsible for placing firm fixed-price delivery orders for supplies and services.
- →You will legally authorize the obligation of OJAG/CNLSC financial resources for requisitions in accordance with established laws, guidelines, policies, procedures, Federal procurement regulations and applicable Executive Orders.
- →You will determine the appropriate procedures to obtain goods and services that will fulfill the requirements, meet the delivery schedule, obtain a fair price, and conform to acquisition regulations and advise customers on the status of the purchase.
- →You will assist with monitoring contractor performance for compliance with applicable laws, delivery schedules, payment provisions, inspections, contract, and date reporting requirements.
- →You will investigate damaged shipments, material shortages, quality control matters relating to supplies furnished by vendors, non-receipt, and any problems related to vendor delivery and resolves matter for JCAB customers.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
