This position is located in the department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), Office of Performance Analysis and Integrity (PA&I). PA&I is responsible for VBA's data management strategy, advanced analytical and statistical services, publishing VBA performance metrics, data request responses, and management of VBA's Data Warehouse, ensuring that stakeholders have accurate and available data to support the delivery benefits to Veterans.
What You'll Do
- →The Program Analyst for PA&I performs a wide range of analyses, reporting, project management, and training activities.
- →Communicates complex technical information and business concepts both in writing and verbally to stakeholders, subordinates, peers and leadership Create technical solutions by developing user response documentation, code comments and clear code.
- →Preparing and releasing correspondences for use by other federal, state and local agencies Inform PA and I management of issues and events arising because of reviews and analyses for which the incumbent is assigned Experience in database modeling, including data mart design, data cataloging management, and meta-data management in a Data Warehouse Environments.
- →Promotion Potential: None Work Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Compressed/Flexible: Available Telework: This position is eligible for situational (ad hoc) telework only.
- →The selectee is required to report to the official duty station each scheduled workday.
- →Telework may be approved only on a case-by-case basis with supervisory approval.
- →Routine or recurring telework is not authorized for this position.

Requirements
