You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the FINANCIAL SERVICES BRANCH (TRF-822), ACCOUNTING DIVISION (TRF-820), COMPTROLLER DEPARTMENT (TRF-800) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the technical authority and manager of the command's Purchase Card program.
- →You will develop and maintain command level instructions and procedures, to liaison with personnel throughout the Department of War.
- →You will provide training to personnel in the management and use of the Purchase Card.
- →You will serve as special assistant to the Accounting Officer in such areas as the Command Assessment Team and Automated Data Processing training.
- →You will be responsible for planning, fact finding, analysis, documentation and development of requirements and identification of problems in the Purchase Card Program.
- →You will represent the command on technical matters relating to the contract with the purchase card vendor.
- →You will advise command level program managers and sponsors on program development strategies and plans, and to manage the implementation of such plans.
