About the Position: Serves as a Program Analyst responsible for providing professional support to members of Base Operations Contract Section within the Services Branch, Operations and Maintenance Division.
What You'll Do
- →Acts as the Directorate’s Point of Contact for the Installation Status Report-Infrastructure, General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Screens and codes Demand Maintenance Orders (DMO) to ensure that they are charged to correct accounts and that they are not duplicated.
- →Assists with preparing and review a variety of procurement documentations such as purchase requests.
- →Assists Contracting Officer Representatives with monitoring program performance by using the GFEBS.
- →Helps to compile periodic summary and analytical reports about program impact in terms of quality, quantity, rate of progress, and balance between programs.
