You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT (code 300) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. PAY SETTING: GS-11: $77,964 - $101,359 GS-12: $93,445 - $121,482
What You'll Do
- →You will conduct a variety of studies related to programs and functions of the Operations Department.
- →You will brief supervisors and managers with the findings from studies using written reports, charts, and/or graphs.
- →You will identify disparities and improvements for work performed.
- →You will be performing special projects such as assessing the financial health of the shop, organization and/or project, and answering or responding to critiques, audits and other inquiries.
- →You will conduct data processing, development, performance tracking and cost analysis assessment.
- →You will develop measurement models for the continuous assessment of program productivity, trends, and processes to derive conclusions on program planning and execution effectiveness.
- →You will work in conjunction with other Code 300 Program Analysts to assist them in tasks associated with Management's needs.
Requirements
- ✓GS-11: In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related or A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
- ✓My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
