You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Director for Training, Tactical Development and Doctrine Directorate (Code N7) of PAC FLEET SUB FORCE OPS COMPONENT.
What You'll Do
- →You will oversee the administrative, fiscal, and contractual management of assigned training programs.
- →You will develop and schedule crew training and provide metrics on the training and certification of submarine deployments.
- →You will support the integration of tactical system modernization plans and communicate technical requirements clearly to a broad audience.
- →You will use qualitative and quantitative studies to identify, define, and resolve issues related to submarine tactical system conditions.
- →You will review reports and support requests to identify deficiencies and recommend solutions.
- →You will manage the deployment and performance of submarine tactical systems.
