About the Role
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Business and Strategic Planning Division of NAVAL SHIP REPAIR FACILITY . ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.***
What You'll Do
- →You will use initiative, intuition, and judgment to formulate plans of action, to develop and analyze business case analysis, and performance metrics.
- →You will develop, compile and analyze workload and direct material, data, and preparing presentations of such data.
- →You will collect, analyze and present statistical operating data to be used for budgetary control.
- →You will provide advice, guidance, and assistance on a wide range of core business and administrative issues.
- →You will provide supervisory and management personnel the necessary information and metrics required to properly conduct business case analysis, develop performance measurement tools, analyze metrics, monitor compliance, and assess performance.
Requirements
- ✓GS-11: In lieu of experience, you may qualify for this position with the following education substitution: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.

- ✓Additional Information Continued: ICTAP Applicants: To be considered well-qualified and exercise selection priority as an ICTAP candidate, displaced Federal employees must satisfy all qualification requirements for the position and receive a rating in the highly qualified category (score 85) or higher.
