You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Production Department of Shop 56 of PSNS and IMF.
What You'll Do
- →You will employ investigative and analytical techniques to gather process performance data needed to evaluate the various departmental programs.
- →You will conduct program compliance surveillances.
- →You will make recommendations on appropriate actions to resolve instances of program non-compliance and reverse adverse trends.
- →You will collect, review, evaluate, analyze and categorize Quality Performance System (QPS) data, Deficiency reports, Discrepancy Logs, Audit Action records, Rework Reports, and other Inspection Verification Reports data.
- →You will prepare and issue a weekly; quarterly, and yearly assessment report for all established programs.
- →You will act as an advocate for department programs and implement policies established by higher levels.
