You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Joint Program Management Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (CBRND) Protection.
What You'll Do
- →You will perform advanced research and gather detailed information to support projects, prepare required documentation, coordinate activities across teams, and provide guidance that improves planning, execution, and overall program success.
- →You will develop, coordinate, and monitor reporting systems that track program performance, analyze progress, prepare meaningful recommendations, and help leaders make informed decisions that improve organizational results.
- →You will analyze complex functional and technical issues, establish practical assessment methods, maintain accurate performance measures, and present clear findings that support planning, scheduling, and effective resource management.
- →You will prepare recommendations and present them to senior leaders, explain complex information in a clear manner, coordinate schedules and briefings, and resolve issues before they create unnecessary delays or risks.
- →You will evaluate individual programs, functions, and organizations to determine whether management systems achieve intended objectives, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend effective corrective actions.
- →You will estimate costs, develop planning information, support budget preparation and tracking, monitor spending activities, and provide well supported analysis that strengthens decision making throughout the project lifecycle.
