About the Position: You will perform budget and program analysis activities for the Environmental & Munitions Design Center (EMDC) for all environmental programs, to include, but limited to the Defense Environmental Restoration Program (DERP), Army Environmental Quality/Compliance Cleanup, FUSRAP, Superfund, Support to Others, and Military-funded activities. You will also assist with yearly budget preparation and review.
What You'll Do
- →Accept, manage, and/or disburse funds for all environmental programs in the Environmental and Munitions Design Center.
- →Identify appropriate standard project templates and develop documentation relating to scope, schedule, and budget, based on broad knowledge of government programs and/or acquisition strategies for entry into an automated information system.
- →Compile programmatic and/or budget reports for use in developing and/or executing fiscal year budget updates for the branch.
- →Apply common funding authorizations, appropriations, and/or applicable laws used to make decisions related to project execution, and/or resolve funding deficiencies with staff.
