About the Position: This position is a Program Analyst GS-0343-13 with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District. This position is located in West Point, New York.
What You'll Do
- →Advising on financial strategies and resolving budgetary issues for programs.
- →Develop solutions to resolve complex program and budget issues.
- →Establish procedures and processes for the financial management of the military program.
- →Coordinating the development of budgets and cost estimates for project execution.
- →Provide independent evaluations of program performance and assess the impact of delays.
- →Formulate and recommend general fiscal and administrative policies, procedures, and regulations.
- →Analyzing program performance and data to identify and correct deficiencies.
- →Utilize automated management systems to manage military project funding.
- →Create project work items within project management systems by resourcing activities and establishing budgets.
- →Recommending fiscal policies and procedures to support program objectives.
- →Advise project managers and leadership about complex funding problems.
- →Interpret directive requirements for special and recurring program information requests.
