About the Position: Serve as the Program Analyst for the Programs and Project Management Division, Jacksonville District.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as Program Analyst in the Programs Management Branch with responsibility and authority for the formulation, justification, and execution, tracking and monitoring of the District's Civil Works Program.
- →Interrupt new and established directives, instructions, regulations, and delegations of authorities for potential impact on major program objectives.
- →Prepare draft and final justification documents that go to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and Congress.
- →Prepare narrative and statistical material, exhibits, and related background information.
- →Monitor the execution (i.e., obligations and expenditures of program funds) of the approved program for optimum utilization.
- →Develop the current year program and monitors and tracks obligations and expenditures throughout execution.
