About the Position: This position is located in the Operations Division of the Mobile District. The incumbent serves as a Program Analyst responsible for a wide range of analytical, planning, and evaluation functions for key District programs. The incumbent is responsible for the analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of complex programs and operations, and the development of recommendations to enhance efficiency and achieve mission objectives.
What You'll Do
- →Lead complex management and program analysis studies.
- →Extract and analyze workforce data from automated personnel systems.
- →Produce executive-level reports with charts, trend analysis, and actionable recommendations.
- →Serve as the Division’s primary liaison to the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center Advise leadership on workforce management policies; process RPAs and SF-52s; coordinate hiring actions, onboarding, out-processing, and exit interviews.
- →Function as the Division’s technical expert on manpower management; maintain the Integrated Manning Document (IMD); track and analyze Full Time Equivalent (FTE) allocations; recommend optimal distribution of manpower resources.
- →Manage processing of honorary and monetary awards; conduct internal management reviews; coordinate with the Resource Management Office; maintain centralized awards records Serve as the District’s Alternate Drug Testing Program Coordinator; plan and execute all required testing; deliver Drug-Free Workplace training; brief Command Staff on program status
