About the Position: The incumbent of this position will provide critical advice and assistance on detailed fiscal programs related to the district's real estate projects. Responsible for reviewing program trends, evaluating the effectiveness of current and projected programs, developing program objectives, and making recommendations for manpower, money, and material allocations to ensure the overall program is fiscally sound.
What You'll Do
- →Review and analyze program trends in order to determine effectiveness of current and forecasted programs.
- →Projects related to real estate leasing and property management within USACE New England District's scope of responsibility.
- →Gather pertinent data, prepare and present a variety of reports, briefings, summaries and fact sheets pertaining to status of funds, commitments, obligations and expenditures.
- →Initiate Purchase Request and Commitment (PRC) documentation for assigned projects.
- →Perform timekeeping duties.
