About the Position: Serves as Program Analyst in the Program and Project Management Division, Financial Controls Section, with responsibility and authority for the formulation, justification, and execution of the District's participation in Civil Works (CW) programs: Construction General (CG), General Investigations (GI), Operations and Maintenance (O&M), General Regulatory, Flood Control and Coastal Emergencies (FCCE).
What You'll Do
- →Serves as program analyst in support of Project Managers.
- →Compiles current year programs and schedules of obligations and expenditures for submission to higher headquarters.
- →Coordinates the budgeting of assigned programs.
- →Analyzes P2 data to develop information for full-time employees (FTE’s) using Corps of Engineers Manpower Requirements System (CEMRS) data.
- →Reviews civil works program criteria, real estate plans, design documents, cost share agreements, and proposed scope and cost changes.
