About the Position: Serves as a program analyst within the division, responsibilities include a wide range of programming and budgeting duties and project management support functions in connection with the District's mission.
What You'll Do
- →Monitors budget execution in financial systems to ensure compliance with spending targets and statutory limits.
- →Evaluates budget limitations to recommend strategic program adjustments to project managers.
- →Synthesizes quantitative data from automated databases and functional offices to assess program performance.
- →Designs cost and work breakdown structures (WBS) to ensure accurate tracking of project charges.
- →Reconciles technical and financial data discrepancies across district elements to resolve reporting issues.
- →Coordinates with District, Division, and HQ personnel to resolve project management issues.
- →Develops integrated project schedules utilizing automated scheduling software and management systems.
- →Tracks progress across project life-cycle phases to advise project managers on schedule slippage.
