The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a program analyst providing expert advice to command leadership and staff regarding issues impacted by the Department of Defense Planning, Programming, and Budgeting system (PPBS) process.
What You'll Do
- →The incumbent applies PPBS expertise to developing planning, programming, and budget guidance for senior leadership within the USAFA.
- →Plans, coordinates, and develops the USAFA Program Objective.
- →Performs budget formulation work involving preparation of detailed analyses of annual and/or multi-year budget estimates for assigned organizations/programs into a consolidated budget request.
- →P Supports the development and execution of the annual USAFA Corporate Process which is responsible for decisions regarding key resources and ensuring policy decisions are aligned with Headquarters Air Force.
