You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALST in the SHIPBOARD SYSTEMS (SPS), OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of PMO SSP SHIPBOARD PROGRAM SYS. This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-3 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-12 and GS-13.
What You'll Do
- →You will collect and analyze data from multiple sources to provide an overview of the SPS travel program within Strategic Systems Programs (SSP).
- →You will monitor and keep the command abreast of all misuse, fraudulent, overdue payments, and abuse of the GTCC within SPS in accordance with all Financial Management Office (FMO) requirements.
- →You will assist the command and the Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC) with Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) program functions accurately and within Department of Defense and naval regulations.
- →You will monitor and keep the command abreast of SAPR response protocols, retaliation prevention, and ongoing victim support activities.
- →You will serve as the command's Subject Matter Expert for the Safety and Occupational Health Program, ensuring OSHA and OPNAVINST 5100.23G compliance across five facilities.
- →You will foster command safety awareness by conducting detachment site visits, delivering employee training, managing the SPS Safety web page, and representing the command on local and regional safety councils.
