You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Commander, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. This position is also subject to a Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) currently set at 8.64%. COLA is subject to change without notice.
What You'll Do
- →You will oversee the management and implementation of the electrical, excavation and trenching, thermal stress, material handling equipment, mechanical, and future SAFE programs.
- →You will coordinate all activities necessary for program compliance, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) issuance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies/procedures and required training, and SAFE-Tool.
- →You will provide subject matter technical expertise and program analysis guidance in support of senior management in the Public Works Department for the purpose of developing the requirements needed to improve safety, efficiency, and productivity.
- →You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, implementing, and documenting a SAFE training program or resources for the Public Works Department.
- →You will provide safety expertise, technical advice and consultation service internally to all JBPHH components including Air Force Military personnel and other external customer's commands as required.

- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
