You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (REAL ESTATE) in the office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Energy, Installations and Environment), ASN (EI&E) of WASHINGTON DC.
What You'll Do
- →You will develop and recommend policies and procedures for Navy and Marine Corps acquisition, management and disposal of real estate and other areas as assigned.
- →You will utilize comprehensive long term planning to execute oversight for the acquisition, disposal and optimal utilization of the Department of the Navy’s real estate holdings.
- →You will analyze and resolve conflicts in policy and program objectives and/or problems in very complex or controversial transactions involving negotiations.
- →You will prepare final study reports and decision briefings on major planning and programming strategies.
