As a Program Analyst, you will be part of RESOLVE, Office of the Chair, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). If selected, you will be responsible for analyzing RESOLVE Program activities, supporting program improvement, assisting stakeholders, and coordinating mediation activities. The Pathways Recent Graduates Program is open to all eligible students and recent graduates regardless of age, including older individuals and veterans who are students and recent graduates.
What You'll Do
- →Analyzes and evaluates activities and services of RESOLVE, the EEOC’s internal alternative dispute resolution (ADR) program, to identify trends, problem areas, and opportunities to improve program effectiveness and efficiency.
- →Collects, maintains, and analyzes program data and information, including e-case data, surveys, and other internal and external sources, and prepares reports to support program assessment and management decision-making.
- →Supports the development and evaluation of program plans, procedures, methodologies, and performance measures, including reviewing survey results and participant feedback to assess program outcomes.
- →Coordinates RESOLVE mediation activities, including assisting with mediator case assignments, scheduling mediations, tracking activities, and responding to inquiries regarding mediators, locations, and scheduling.
- →Researches ADR practices, policies, regulations, legislation, and emerging technologies and assists in identifying potential improvements to RESOLVE Program operations, processes, and services.
- →Provides information and assistance to RESOLVE stakeholders, including complaint intake, explaining mediation procedures, and assisting participants with dispute resolution options.
Requirements
- ✓This position has a basic education requirement listed under the Qualifications section of this announcement.
- ✓All Education must be accredited by an accredited institution recognized by the U.S.
- ✓Department of Education in order for it to be credited towards qualifications (particularly positions with a positive education requirement.) Therefore, applicants must report only attendance and/or degrees from schools accredited by accredited institutions recognized by the U.S.
- ✓Department of Education.

- ✓Special Instructions for Foreign Education: Education completed outside of the United States must be deemed equivalent to that gained in conventional/accredited U.S. education programs to be acceptable for Federal employment.
- ✓Qualifying education from colleges and universities in foreign countries must be evaluated in terms of equivalency to that acquired in U.S. colleges and universities.
- ✓Applicants educated in whole or in part of foreign countries must submit sufficient evidence, including transcripts, to an accredited private organization for an equivalency evaluation of course work and degree.
- ✓You must provide a copy of the letter containing the results of the equivalency evaluation with a course by course listing if selected.
