This position is located at Fort Eustis, VA. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as a Program Analyst providing subject matter expertise and recommendations to senior staff.
- →Researches and develops policies and programs (i.e. recreation, financial, business) with emphasis on program planning and standards.
- →Assists with development of strategic program plans, assess program standards and procedures, analyzes for effectiveness, recommends appropriate changes and conducts actual execution for the designated program.
- →Develops program benchmarks for program operations.
- →Performs comparative analyses, compares programs to best in the industry, and develops reports outlining areas in need of improvement.
- →Monitors and reviews financial and historical performance of the specific programs.
- →Assists Director with development and tracking of input for the APF/NAF funding.
- →Ensures sufficient internal control mechanisms are installed and in use.
- →Monitors Installation Status Reports (ISR) III process and Common Levels Support(CLS)/Service Based Costing (SBC).
- →Provides written and oral responses to program specific inquiries.
- →May be required to evaluate specific installation programs and/or perform assistance visits.
- →Performs other duties as assigned.
