About the Role
This position is located at USAG Rheinland-Pfalz - MWR, NAF Support Division Automation, Rhine Ordnance Barracks, Kaiserslautern, Germany Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as a Program Analyst providing subject matter expertise and recommendations to senior staff.
- →Researches and develops policies and programs pertaining to specific programs (i.e. recreation, financial, business) with emphasis on program planning and standards.
- →Assists with development of strategic program plans, assess program standards and procedures, analyzes for effectiveness, recommends appropriate changes and conducts actual execution for the designated program.
- →Develops program benchmarks for program operations.
- →Monitors and reviews financial and historical performance of the specific programs.
- →Assists Director with development and tracking of input for the APF/NAF funding.
