You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Supply Management Department of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR SAN DIEGO.
What You'll Do
- →You will provide technical advice and assistance to staff managers, functional program managers, and employees on submitting procurement requirements.
- →You will build complete purchase request packages in Navy ERP for a broad range of equipment, commodities, and services.
- →You will verify the completeness and/or adequacy of purchase descriptions, supporting documentation, and obtain vendor quotes, as required.
- →You will monitor leased vehicles, maintenance, and service accounts for Supply Management Department, identifying changes in billing history and identifying billing discrepancies.
- →You will develop the annual budget for the Supply Management Department.
- →You will review open obligations in the Tri-Annual Review database for all Supply Management Department procurements and research required data sources and take corrective action to close out the open obligations.
