You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Amphibious Warfare Program Office (PMS 377) of DPAE Expeditionary and Mine Warfare, PEO UNMANNED AND SMALL COMBATANTS. A relocation incentive is generally a single payment intended to offset some of the relocation costs experienced by the selectee. A relocation incentive may be authorized.
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for amphibious ships during their design, production, test and fleet introduction.
- →On-going programs include LHA(R) and LPD-17 ship classes, and the Amphibious Assault Direction System (AADS).
- →You will serve as operational Test and Evaluation (T/E) manager in PMS377, leading both LHA and LPD T/E Navy civilian and support contracting teams.
- →You will plan and execute the T/E Business Plan for the PAPM, directing and coordinating the budget though the FYDP, including TPS generation, POM planning, stakeholder and internal coordination.
- →You will ensure all amphibious ship T/E stakeholders remain fully informed on test execution per program TEMPs by planning and holding regular T/E Working - Level Integrated Product Team (T/E WIPT) and Integrated Test Team (ITT) meetings.
- →You will ensure Test documentation is updated and current to include Test and Evaluation Master Plan, Certification Plan, Ship’s Test Management Plan, T/E WIPT Charters and test-specific MOAs, MOUs and TRRs for Amphibious Warship testing.
- →You will develop, plan and execute developmental tests as prescribed in Program TEMPs to include all required certification events and Post-Delivery Tests and Trials to ensure ships meet program KPPs/KSAs/APAs, are fully tested and ready to deploy.
- →You will coordinate budget, schedule and technical information and recommendations among stakeholders, and other PAPMs; approve or disapprove recommendations that affect test events outlined in the TEMP, associated budget and ship delivery schedules.
- →You will provide coordination among USMC T/E activities including MCOTEA, MCTSSA, CD/I and Fleet Marine Force units to ensure Amphibious Warfare systems are integrated and tested within USMC system, schedule and operational guidelines.
- →You will coordinate with waterfront test teams and shipbuilders to ensure PMS377 T/E team understands the technical posture of the ships prior to trials and commencing post-delivery testing periods.
- →You will ensure new construction amphibious ships are delivered with both current Joint Interoperability Certification and are tested within DoD Cybersecurity guidelines.
- →You will ensure resources required to conduct amphibious ship T/E are correctly entered and maintained within N94-directed online management repositories used to appropriate targets for test events.
- →You will maintain the program share point files for T/E critical documents and working files.
