You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the International Fleet Support Program Office (PMS 326) of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT.
What You'll Do
- →You will assist in overseeing and developing assigned country programs and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases in line with the US Security Assistance mission to foreign partner nations.
- →You will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and assisting in the planning and development of FMS cases as well as technical and programmatic execution of these FMS cases once implemented.
- →You will work closely with the Navy International Programs Office (NIPO), USG Security Cooperation organizations in the customer country, and the USN infrastructure - including PEOs, NSWCs, and various contractors to develop FMS cases to fit policy.
- →You will be responsible for likely several dozen assigned FMS cases regularly.
- →You will continuously monitor conformance to these spend plans and programs schedules, working with support personnel/technical codes/leadership as well as the customer to resolve issues and ensure the customer country receives all goods/services.
- →You will collaborate with internal PMS 326 business financial managers, contracting officer representatives, legal representatives, disclosure representatives, and leadership including senior civilian and up to USN Flag Officer representatives.
- →You will maintain and grow technical profanity and familiarity with defense articles and services being provided to the foreign partner.
