You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Public Works Directorate Business Line of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING SYSTEMS COMMAND HAWAII.
What You'll Do
- →You will initiate, manage, execute, and report NAVFAC fund sources including Mission Funds, CNIC, Reimbursable, and others.
- →You will support Managers with development and input into the Budget Allocation Plan (BAP), Operating Target (OPTAR), and other resource management tools.
- →You will be responsible for funds workflow to process funding requests, and initiate and/or coordinate the recapturing of unused funds.
- →You will understand and utilize various programs to gather relevant data for data analyses, improvement efforts, and program optimization.
- →You will collect, review, and analyze data to produce reports, briefs, and recommended program and process improvements.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Have successfully completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
- ✓OR Have successfully completed three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
- ✓OR Have successfully completed an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
- ✓OR Have a combination of experience and education that equates to one year of experience.
- ✓Percentage of education plus percentage of experience must equal 100%. *See Qualification weblink under Qualifications.
