You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Acquisition Support & Analysis Division, Cost & Acquisition Analysis Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
What You'll Do
- →You will coordinate the development of acquisition packages, including authoring Statements of Work/Performance Work Statements, generating Independent Government Cost Estimates, and directing pre-award source selections and proposal evaluations.
- →You will oversee and manage contract financial execution, strategically tracking funding levels against contract ceilings to prevent overruns, auditing complex contractor invoices, and identifying and resolving billing discrepancies.
- →You will direct contractor performance surveillance, establishing and managing Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASPs) and authoring authoritative performance reviews for the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS).
- →You will govern the review, validation, and official acceptance of highly complex contract deliverables, ensuring strict conformance with technical requirements and command standards on behalf of the government.
- →You will act as a team leader and mentor, translating organizational goals into actions, distributing and balancing workloads among team members, and coaching junior program analysts and future CORs on acquisition guidelines and training.
