This position is located at ID-Western Hemisphere Command, Fort Bragg, NC. PCS Costs and Incentives Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs may be authorized. Incentives will not be paid. Army NAF paysetting rules apply to this vacancy.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as a senior program analyst for Business and Recreation Programs at the ID-WH Region FMWR Office providing subject matter expertise and recommendations to region and garrison leadership at echelon on FMWR business program performance.
- →Evaluates overall MWR NAF revenue-producing operations to identify problems and recommend effective and economical ways to solve problems, meet needs, and produce efficiencies.
- →Recommends and develops future MWR programs and activities.
- →Analyzes policy issues and develops programs, policies, procedures and practices that promote economy, efficiency and effectiveness in MWR operations.
- →Monitors implementation and compliance with established policies and programs.
- →Acts as a technical expert in a professional field; uses in-depth specialized knowledge and experience to develop new approaches to issues previously unresponsive to accepted methods.
- →Develops in-depth analysis and evaluates trends of garrison performance to support local requirements.
- →Interprets on own initiative; completed work reviewed for feasibility, effectiveness and compatibility with other work.
