This position is part of the Department of Defense (DoD), Missile Defense Agency (MDA). The incumbent will be responsible for serving as a Program Analyst for Acquisition & Sustainment. This position is part of a planned Transfer of Function (TOF) from the Missile Defense Agency to the Department of the Army. This action is projected to be effective on or about October 1, 2026.
What You'll Do
- →This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Acq Demo Business and Technical Management to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
- →As a Program Analyst at the NH-0343-4 broadband level, some of your typical work assignments may include: Expertly advise the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) leadership on all matters related to program cost, schedule and performance across the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS).
- →Ensure the BMDS program/project requirements are properly identified, budgeted, and acquired in accordance with Agency and DoD acquisition regulations and policies.
- →Develop acquisition directive and objectives to meet the MDA's objectives, goals, and vision.
- →Research, coordinate, plan and brief actions in support of the MDA's objectives, goals and vision.
