About the Position: This position is located at Guthrie Army Health Clinics - Fort Drum, New York. The purpose of the position is to serve as a Program Analyst (Program Coordinator) responsible for coordinating and supporting the facility's Managers' Internal Control Program (MICP) and Support Agreements Program in the Resources Management Division.
What You'll Do
- →Serve as the program coordinator for the Military Treatment Facility (MTF)’s Risk Management and Internal Control (RMIC) Program.
- →Ensure the timely completion of all required reviews and audits by applying established evaluation methods, internal control procedures, and guidance.
- →Develop effective internal controls to solicit vulnerability assessments and RMIC reviews from Directors and Department Heads to provide suggestions for improvement.
- →Evaluate proposed support agreements for conformance to regulations, directives, and guidance.
- →Coordinate negotiations with support agreement representatives from external organizations.
- →Provide administrative support to the Director and Associate Director of Resource Management in the day-to-day administration of the Directorate.
