You will serve as a Program Analyst (Human Capital) in the REGIONAL WORKFORCE POLICY AND PROGRAMS of COMMANDER NAVY REGION EUROPE.
What You'll Do
- →You will plan and execute a diverse and complex set of Human Capital Management programs for the Command.
- →You will develop effective performance measures of success in various workforce program areas and use these tools to evaluate the overall effectiveness of Human Resource programs and initiatives.
- →You will recommend appropriate courses of action to hire new personnel, convert spaces or change requirements to accommodate current workload.
- →You will recommend appropriate courses of action to hire new personnel, convert spaces or change requirements to accommodate current workload and advise on the abolishment of positions that are no longer needed.
- →You will conduct complex analytical studies that are of special interest to specific Human Resources workforce activities or programs, and participates in unusual, controversial, and sometimes highly sensitive aspects of the program.
- →You will serve as the expert for the program, providing key input to policy development and/or implementation to management.
