You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (GLOBAL PORTFOLIO MANAGER) in the Operations (OP) Contingency Engineering (OPA) Division of NAVFAC OSF.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as a Global Portfolio Manager who analyzes and executes life cycle management duties (planning, execution, closure) in support of the assigned Security Cooperation and Security Assistance programs.
- →You will facilitate periodic reviews with the team, vendors, higher headquarters, counterparts, functional activities, other supporting agencies, and foreign representatives to provide program status, progress, and forecast reports.
- →You will coordinate priority of efforts with the NAVFAC internal stakeholders as required.
- →You will communicate and work collaboratively when potential business opportunities are available, and coordinates with stakeholders for follow-up action as needed.
- →You will plan and manage the financial and logistical administration and execution of Security Cooperation and Security Assistance cases from planning/initiation to completion/closure,
