This position is located in the Bureau of Human Resources, Office of Employee Relations, Accountability & Discipline Division (HR/ER/AD) which develops, implements, and administers conduct and discipline policies for the Department's Foreign and Civil Service. This position will support the division by providing administrative support to include producing reports for data calls, pulling documents for requests under the Freedom of Information Act, and accessing information in HR data systems.
What You'll Do
- →Reviews existing policies, issuances, and directives and recommends refinements to these guidelines; considered a subject matter expert in the policies and guidelines related to the specific area of responsibility.
- →Supports senior leadership by conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to review, assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of performance management and evaluation processes.
- →Supports the office by independently conducting assigned segments of projects involving development, implementation, or monitoring of mgmt. information systems that focus on the Bureau's progress in executing long and short range plans.
- →Drafts written materials and provides briefings to internal and external audiences.
Requirements

- ✓Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the education requirements if you can show that the foreign education is comparable to that received in an accredited educational institution in the United States.
