What You'll Do
- →Act as the senior Process/Project Lead for the Federal Logistics Information Service (FLIS) Portfolio Systems, guiding an integrated team of representatives from DLA, military services, civilian agencies, international partners, and contractors.
- →Oversee the planning, coordination, direction, and control of efforts for new Federal Logistics Information Service (FLIS) Portfolio System capabilities and logistics data system initiatives.
- →Establish project priorities, coordinate milestone schedules, and ensure they are published and adhered to.
- →Manage change management communication and develop training content for the workforce when system changes are implemented.
- →Develop and implement a wide range of studies, analyses, and evaluations to assess the potential impacts of new initiatives on the FLIS Portfolio Systems Leads and represents both the team and management during all phases of the development process, including planning, design, testing, and deployment reviews.
- →Create and provide high-level presentations, briefings, functional descriptions, and other documentation to the logistics community and command staff.
