What You'll Do
- →Provides management advice, identifying and proposing solutions to difficult DLA Human Resources program issues such as those related to Awards....
- →CONTD: Award Ceremonies, New Employee Orientation, Offboarding, Employee Assistance Program, Telework and Performance Management.
- →Analyzes highly complex issues related to program analysis, productivity and productivity improvement, and long-range planning.
- →Conducts studies, analyzes findings and makes recommendations on substantive operating programs involving primary missions of DLA organizations....
- →CONTD: to include Awards, Award Ceremonies, New Employee Orientation, Employee Assistance Program, Telework and Performance Management.
- →Performs non-financial audits of program and administrative records to determine compliance with agency program and administrative policies and regulations, to assess staff utilization, and to evaluate effectiveness of program administration.
- →Develop new or modified guidelines and procedures for administering program services and automating work processes for the conduct of program operations.
- →Prepares project papers, staff reports and delivers training and briefings on assigned programs to encourage understanding and acceptance of findings and recommendations.
Requirements
- ✓Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for the GS-12 grade level.
