What You'll Do
- →Responsible for project control including financial management, cost estimating and acquisition support for all phases of the system lifecycle.
- →Reviews, analyzes, and interprets legislation appropriation language, and Office of Management and Budget (OMB)/Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) directives pertaining to assigned appropriations for the Program Manager.
- →Implements strategic planning, programming, budgeting, acquisition and execution of program requirements requested by the acquisition domain, and end-user customers within the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Federal Government.
- →Develops and executes system functionality and strategies to most effectively meet the goals and vision of the DLA, DoD and Federal senior level management.
- →Supports the development and execution of plans and procedures based on results of studies or on findings and recommendations of team members or senior leader directives.
- →Negotiates studies and plans with PM and senior leaders as necessary to gain leadership concurrence regarding the implementation of recommendations made by the incumbent.
