This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does not convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. It is in the Professional Work Category at the Senior Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DoD Cyber Defense Command (DCDC).
What You'll Do
- →Performs program analysis to evaluate the implementation of master plans, joint force objectives, and fund utilization, identifying and analyzing deviations from programmed objectives.
- →Analyzes and evaluates programmatic funding, contract schedules, and performance data to identify potential problems and formulate corrective actions.
- →Coordinates with senior management, customers, and support officials to formulate and review acquisition plans, milestones, schedules, and resource requirement determinations.
- →Develops and interprets policies and procedures for the administrative management and control of acquisition programs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- →Develops and implements new program assessment techniques, metrics, and procedures to enable consistent program review and assessment across a diverse project portfolio.
Requirements
- ✓There is no substitution of education for the qualifying experience at the GG-13 grade level.
