This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. It is in the Professional Work Category at the Senior Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA - White House Situation Support Staff
What You'll Do
- →Provides dynamic leadership and programmatic guidance for emergency action and continuity programs to ensure the continuation of essential functions during any emergency, disaster or disruption.
- →Manages the overall training, testing, and exercise program to ensure personnel are expertly trained in providing global situational awareness, executive communication and crisis management support.
- →Represent the organization at the highest levels while coordinating with senior officials.
- →Serves as the lead planner for the organization's comprehensive continuity and emergency action testing and exercise program, orchestrating scenario development, exercise conduct, and post-exercise analysis to validate plan effectiveness.
Requirements
- ✓There is no substitution of education for the qualifying experience at the GG-14 grade level.
