This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. It is in the Professional Work Category at the Senior Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DOD Cyber Defense Command (DCDC). .
What You'll Do
- →Develops and implements new program assessment techniques, metrics, and procedures to enable consistent program review and assessment across a diverse project portfolio.
- →Coordinates with senior management and customers to formulate and review acquisition plans, milestones, schedules, and resource requirement determinations for various programs.
- →Analyzes a wide range of programmatic data, including funding, contracts, and schedules, to identify potential problems and formulate corrective or improvement actions.
- →Develops and interprets policies, procedures, and methods for the administrative management and control of assigned programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- →Evaluates the progress of implementing master plans, objectives, and fund utilization, analyzing deviations and identifying the basis for delays, slippages, and overruns.

- ✓There is no substitution of education for the qualifying experience at the GG-13 grade level.
