What You'll Do
- →Creates, establishes, and updates agency policies and processes for effective contract administration of defense acquisitions based on analyses of agency metrics, trends, and regulatory changes.
- →Represents the agency in discussions, meetings, and transactions with a variety of professionals both inside and outside the DoD on topics concerning major program acquisition initiatives: supply chain dependencies and supply chain risk management.
- →Analyzes contractor performance data, and supports the development and maintenance of enterprise application tools that facilitate the adoption of agency policy.
- →Leads multi-functional teams of peers in developing new methods, processes and metrics to improve the quality and depth of DCMA's program-based acquisition insight.
- →Formulates plans, policies, and strategies to achieve headquarters objectives and support customer outcomes related to specific platforms or program requirements.
- →Coordinates the development of competency models for program integration/supply chain insight and assists in designing, developing, and maintaining a wide variety of training courses and materials to enhance workforce understanding.
- →Monitors Command and Contract Management Office (CMO) performance against established indicators and execution of policy to detect anomalies and identify the need for process improvements or tool development.
