This position is located with the Bureau of Indian Affairs, District 9-District Office in Riverside, California.
What You'll Do
- →Ensures program compliance with stringent program regulations.
- →Plans and carries out assignments based upon prescribed program objectives.
- →Consolidates work efforts into useful responses, ensuring their relevancy, technical accuracy, and consistency with related requests/projects.
- →Provides advice to the Special Agent in Charge (SAC), the Supervisory Corrections Officer (SCO), and other senior officials on the management of FOIA information collection, release of information and the tracking of requests, SLEC program objectives, and UCR data collection.
- →Provides regular status updates to OJS Headquarters office regarding outstanding FOIA, SLEC, and UCR requests.
- →Reviews information collected in response to data requests, determines the release of information based on laws and policies governing the release data.
- →Assists in the development programs and recommends to the SAC, SCO, and senior officials concepts for dealing with change to achieve full and accurate data reporting and FOIA, SLEC, and UCR submissions with prescribed guidelines.
