You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Department of the Navy (DON) COMMANDER, NAVY INSTALLATION COMMAND.
What You'll Do
- →You will utilize expertise in DoD PPBS processes and automated financial systems to prepare analyses, interpret guidance documents, and support budgeting.
- →You will monitor and report on funds tracking and execution, including revenue, obligations, and expenditures, and advise senior leadership on fund availability, financial risks, and execution performance.
- →You will manage and oversee Working Capital and General Fund budgeting, ensuring forecasts, estimates, and submissions meet statutory, regulatory, and organizational standards across annual and revolving fund structures.
- →You will apply and interpret budget policy and procedures by providing program managers with guidance on assumptions, formats, schedules, and compliance requirements necessary for accurate and timely budget formulation.
- →You will lead Public Works budget analysis by evaluating program requirements, determining funding needs, and ensuring all submissions align with established financial objectives, departmental priorities, and applicable fiscal controls.
