You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the COMMANDER NAVY INSTALLATION COMMAND (CNIC) of NAVAL BASE VENTURA COUNTY. Salary Range: GS-09: $71,957 - $93,549 GS-11: $87,061 - $113,185
What You'll Do
- →You will analyze program procedures to identify the level of compliance with regulations (e.g., Navy Working Capital Fund, federal acquisition regulations, civilian personnel regulations).
- →You will prepare written reports from analysis of financial databases.
- →You will prepare reports detailing capabilities identified from trend, deficiency, or accomplishment analysis.
- →You will interpret or develop evaluation policy or procedures for an organization.
- →You will analyze program or project issues to determine solutions to meet objectives within established timelines or financial constraints.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: For GS-11: Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D.
