You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst within Wildlife Services (WS). The position leads program-side business analysis, performance measurement, and process improvement for WS programs enabled by the Operations and Record keeping System (OARS) and related information systems. The analyst translates program requirements into clear business needs and acceptance criteria, develops management recommendations, and coordinates with CIO/IT partners on technical execution.
What You'll Do
- →The duties may include, but are not limited to: Applies analytical/evaluative methods, develops findings, alternatives, and recommendations for leadership decision-making from data collected and housed within OARS and other systems.
- →Reviews and plans current/future processes.
- →Elicits and documents business requirements, user stories, and program acceptance criteria.
- →Conducts program-side user acceptance against documented needs.
- →Develops program policies, SOPs, desk guides, and governance artifacts.
- →Prepares and presents briefings, reports, and decision memos to senior leadership.
