The primary purpose of this position is serve as expert analyst and senior staff authority for a major, high-dollar Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Security Assistance (SA) portfolio.
What You'll Do
- →Plans and directs management actions in support of synchronizing the sales and transfer of military equipment to partner nations and allies.
- →Leads and conducts extremely broad, open-ended analytical and management studies of FMS/SA programs, policies, and management processes where objectives, scope, and methodologies are not fully defined at the outset and are refined as analysis progresses.
- →Exercises delegated expert authority to make analytical determinations and establish conclusions that are implemented without further technical or policy review, except where statutory or executive-level approval is required.
