You will serve as a PRODUCTION TRAINING PROGRAM COORDINATOR in the Production Resources Training Division (Code 900T), Production Resources Department of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
What You'll Do
- →You will plan, determine, and coordinate production training services required to support the Production Department.
- →You will conduct studies that involve recommending changes to training schedules; training records; coordinating improvements to training and work process problems and initiatives; and supporting production training plans and initiatives.
- →You will perform training program analysis of collected data, recognizes weakness in processes, and assists in formulating and recommending solutions.
- →You will serve as subject matter expert and lead for Production Training Assistants.
- →You will serve as senior point of contact for all training scheduling issues and requirements related to production training programs.
- →You will provide advice and guidance to ensure understanding and compliance with production training program requirements.
- →You will initiate and maintain accurate training and qualification records for production personnel.
