You will serve as a PRODUCTION TRAINING PROGRAM COORDINATOR in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES TRAINING DIVISION of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
What You'll Do
- →You will plan, determine, and coordinate production training services required to support the Production Department.
- →You will conduct studies that involve recommending changes to training schedules; training records; coordinate improvements to training and work process problems and initiatives; and support production training plans and initiatives.
- →You will serve as senior point of contact for all training scheduling issues and requirements related to production training programs.
- →You will recommend and schedule training for various trade personnel, various professional and administrative support personnel involved with executing ship maintenance and repairs.
- →You will Initiate and maintain accurate training and qualification records for production personnel.
- →You will provide advice and guidance to ensure understanding and compliance with production training program requirements.
