You will serve as a PRODUCTION BUSINESS RESOURCE SPECIALIST in the Production Resources Department (c-900) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. PAY RANGE GS-09: $64,438 - $83,774 GS-07: $52,680 - $68,485 A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary.
What You'll Do
- →You will review and analyze production, travel, human capital, and administrative programs.
- →You will advise on program progress and make recommendations based on established practices concerning the modification of program goals, objectives and milestones.
- →You will gather and review a variety of narrative or statistical data to prepare reports.
- →You will maintain knowledge of the production trades, as well as general working knowledge of the trade functions within the shipyard.
- →You will prepare and present materials, reports, proposals and program requirements.
- →You will determine when new procedures are needed, study alternatives, and establish practices and procedures to meet new situations.
- →You will perform analytical studies on programs related to workforce improvement, management controls, and long-range planning.
- →You will analyze issues and formulate recommendations for improving organizational efficiency or effectiveness.
Requirements
- ✓For the GS-07 Grade Level: 1 full year of graduate level education or A bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement. or A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
